Hellebores – great for providing winter interest in your garden with their long flowering period. An easy plant to grow providing you follow a few simple rules! Hellebores like a rich soil with plenty of moisture whilst flowering although good drainage is also essential. Keep them sheltered away from cold winds, ideally plant them among shrubs and trees which will give them lots of natural light in the colder months, yet offering them welcome shade during the summer.
