JULY 2021 We are looking for two chefs to join our busy team at our popular Conservatory Restaurant in Newport, Barnstaple –
2nd Chef – We are looking for a well presented 2nd Chef. Responsibilities will include deputising in the Head Chefs absence, running the kitchen, stock ordering, cooking and presentation of food, along with the upkeep of hygiene standards. Additional duties include overseeing other areas in the kitchen, some cleaning duties and stock rotation. Experience: Chef 2 years (preferred)
Chef – The role will be to aid the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch for the restaurant. A good knowledge of food safety is required together with experience of working in a busy kitchen. Experience: Chef 1 year (preferred)
Both Jobs:
Full time / Permanent / 8 Hour Shift / Monday to Friday / Alternate Weekends
