Cancellation and Refund Policy for Santa’s Grotto at St. John’s

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure a smooth experience for everyone:

Individual Bookings

  • A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Transfers of dates and times are available until 24 hours before the session, until which no further transfers can be made.

How to Cancel or Amend Your Booking

  • Online Bookings: If you booked through our online system, BookWhen, log in to your account to cancel or amend your session. Tickets can only be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the event, after that, no refunds or transfers will be made.
  • Other Bookings: For bookings made outside our online system, email us at [email protected] with your booking details to request a cancellation or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

Exceptions

In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as documented emergencies, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of St. John’s Garden Centre.
