We will always hold your data in Secure storage which is held on an EU based cloud server and hard copies are stored in a locked secure facility.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained within the website is correct and up-to-date.

We accept payment using MasterCard credit/debit and Visa credit/debit.  Payment will be debited from your account upon placing an order.  Payment details are not stored on our system.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, we would require the item to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.  Please return the items in their original packaging.  As the item is your responsibility until they arrive back with us, please ensure they are packaged securely.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  With the exception of faulty or damaged goods you are responsible for the cost of the return postage and we would advise you obtain a certificate of proof of postage.  Please note returns/refunds can take up to 21 days to process.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive (where applicable) of VAT at the current rate of 20%.  St John’s reserve the right to amend the advertised prices at any time, without prior notice.

Goods will be despatched on receipt of order. Postage and packing will be calculated at checkout.  Local delivery charges will be applicable.  Items despatched through Royal Mail / Courier will take 3-5 working days to be received.  Out of stock items will be advised by email with an alternative suggestion.
