Note: Bulky items like furniture and selected wooden garden products like arbours, arches & pergolas may incur an extra charge for a two man delivery day. This incurs a £20.00 fee. All transactions over £500 automatically qualify for free delivery.
All access routes must be fully clear and of sufficient width to allow safe and easy movement of the goods, without requiring any lifting above waist height. We are unable to dismantle or reassemble items to facilitate the delivery.
Whilst every effort will be made to complete the delivery, the driver will make a reasonable assessment on arrival to ensure that this is achievable. Should this not be the case, the driver will endeavour to deliver to the best possible location.
