Becoming a Sow & Grow member is quick and easy:

  1. Download the Sow & Grow app on the Apple App Store or Google Play

  2. Register your details

  3. Start earning rewards straight away

Already a St. John’s loyalty card holder? No problem – just make the switch in-store or through the app. Our team will be happy to help you transfer your details.

Please note: joining Sow & Grow will replace your existing loyalty card, as our old programme is being retired.

Looking for a gift for the plant lover in your life? Our St. John's gift cards are the perfect option, available to purchase in-store allowing the recipient to choose their own gift from our huge selection of plants, homewares, houseplants, gardening accessories and more!

Reward Card Ts&Cs

  1. The reward card is open to all applicants from the UK aged 18 and over.
  2. To participate in the reward card scheme you must have a valid reward card.
  3. The reward card is issued by and remains the property of St. John’s Garden Centre, who reserve the right to decline issue, or withdraw the card at any time, or terminate the scheme at any time.
  4. The reward card is not a credit or guarantee card, and can only be used at the participating outlet.  The card is not transferable and may only be used by the signatory.
  5. The card must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for rewards.
  6. Only products purchased within the Garden Centre qualify for rewards (unless under management discretion).
  7. Reward points cannot be earned when purchasing gift vouchers.
  8. Reward vouchers have no cash value and can only be redeemed against future purchases at St. John’s Garden Centre.
  9. The scheme may be subject to change and the voucher will only be valid for the reward applicable to the scheme at the time. No cash alternative to vouchers is allowed.
  10. The card cannot be used to qualify for additional rewards from any special offer voucher/sale item and/or discount for the same transaction.
  11. Organisations and companies are not eligible to join the reward scheme (unless under management discretion).
  12. The promoter of the card is St. John’s Garden Centre, but a third party processes the data and sends the vouchers, and associated information.
  13. St Johns Nursery is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected by adhering to the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Should we ask you to provide certain personal information by which you can be identified for the purpose of obtaining a Loyalty Card with us, then you can be assured that it will only be used for the purpose it was collected.
  14. A discount voucher or coupon based on your total eligible spend at St.John’s Garden Centre only, during a certain time period; will be sent to the contact details given.
  15. St. John's Landscaping works are not eligible for reward card discounts or points collection.
  16. If you supply your date of birth a discount voucher will be sent in time for your birthday for the Garden Centre Restaurant only.
  17. You can withdraw your consent at any time from this scheme by contacting St. John’s Garden Centre.You will then receive no further communication from us in regard to the scheme. All your data will be deleted inline with
    legal obligations.
  18. It is your responsibility to notify us if there is any change to the information you have supplied.

How to Delete Your Sow & Grow Account

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your Sow & Grow profile and personal details will be permanently removed from the scheme.

  • Any points and rewards you’ve accumulated will be forfeited and cannot be restored.

  • You will no longer receive notifications, offers, or updates from St. John's Garden Centres

To Delete Your Account, please fill out the contact form below, listing the department as 'Sow & Grow'. Use this copy for your message: I would like to request for my Sow & Grow Loyalty Account to be deleted. I understand that when my account is deleted, I will lose any points and rewards that I have accrued, and these cannot be restored at a later date. My loyalty card number is: [Please insert your full loyalty card number here].
